Privacy & Cookies

A clear explanation of how information, browser tools, external services and future cookie-based features are handled.

1. Scope

This notice explains how Naeem Insights handles information when you browse the website, use free tools, prepare an enquiry, or contact us through an external service such as email or WhatsApp.

2. Information You Choose to Provide

The website contact form prepares a message for the communication channel you choose. You review and send that message through the selected app. Information you send may include your name, email address, requirement, deadline, files or other details you choose to provide.

Once you send a message through email, WhatsApp or another external service, that provider also processes the information under its own terms and privacy practices.

3. Website and Technical Data

Normal web hosting can involve technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process this information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technologies

Naeem Insights uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on public website pages to understand traffic, popular content, device/browser patterns and how visitors reach or navigate the site. The private Client, Staff and Administrator portals are excluded from this analytics integration.

Analytics storage is optional. Until you choose Accept Analytics, analytics storage is set to denied through Google Consent Mode. If you accept, GA4 may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied at this stage; introducing advertising such as Google AdSense will require a separate review of consent and advertising settings.

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser so the website can remember your choice. You can review or change that choice using the Analytics Preferences control below.

5. Public Reference Data and External Services

Some tools request public reference data or software libraries from external services. For example, currency or crypto tools may request exchange-rate data, while browser tools may load a JavaScript library from a content-delivery network. Those requests can reveal ordinary technical connection data to the service being contacted.

6. Files Used in Browser Tools

Many image, PDF, OCR and document utilities are designed to process the selected file inside your browser. The relevant tool page should state when processing is local or when an external service is required. See the separate File & Tool Privacy page for the current processing model.

7. How Information Is Used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested support, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot tools, understand public-site traffic and website performance, prevent abuse, and improve services. Naeem Insights does not sell personal information to advertisers.

8. Retention

Information sent directly to Naeem Insights may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of information that Naeem Insights controls, subject to legitimate retention needs.

9. Your Choices

You can choose not to submit optional information, avoid using a third-party tool or communication channel, and contact Naeem Insights to ask about information previously provided. Browser settings may also allow you to control cookies or site storage used by third parties.

Client Accounts and Portal Data

When you create a Naeem Insights client account, the authentication service processes your email address, password credentials and account session information using its authentication infrastructure. Naeem Insights stores client profile details, authorised project records, project updates and project messages in its managed Supabase backend.

Files uploaded through the client portal are stored in a private project-file bucket. Access controls are designed so authenticated users can access only projects and files permitted to their account. Do not upload highly sensitive, regulated or legally restricted information unless it is appropriate for the agreed service and your own obligations permit it.

Portal Roles and Project Access

Naeem Insights uses role-based access for Client, Staff and Administrator accounts. Clients are limited to authorised project records associated with their account. Staff access is restricted to work assigned or otherwise authorised to them, while administrators manage the service and authorised records.

Project messages, status updates and uploaded files are processed to provide the requested service. Authentication, database, file-storage and transactional-email providers may process the minimum technical information required to operate these functions. Users should avoid uploading passwords, payment-card data, government identity documents or other highly sensitive information unless specifically required and appropriately agreed.

10. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to info@naeeminsights.net or through the contact details shown on this website.
